From this video I'm now sure that I did the right thing in not buying tickets. I would hate spend 1000.00 to see and hear them, and end listening to the bad singing of the audience instead. Whoever is singing/screaming loudly and clearly on this video ruined it. Can't hear Nick at all, and can barely hear Joe.
Sooo you don’t go to concerts? The person recording or someone right next to them is the one singing. That’s why it sounds so loud. The camera is going to pick that audio up first. All things considered this is probably one of the better fan concert audios. When you are actually at concerts the person singing is typically louder than the audience. I say typically because technical difficulties do still happen and a mic might be turned down to low, the persons back track may be too high, their ear piece might not be working, etc. etc. etc. Also what you hear on video is not going to be what you hear at the venue simply because of how the camera works…. Besides what I’ve previously mentioned there’s times in this video where the audio nearly completely dips out, in this instance the microphones basically get overwhelmed by the environmental noise and it compensates…. I think if it didn’t you would just hear feedback the whole video. The exception to all of this is between songs where artists typically make speeches and the audience wants to scream needlessly. This almost universally pisses off everyone including people at the concerts. This audience didn’t seem bad though from what the video showed although there is nearly no transitions and underwent in the video. Also I imagine they didn’t have time for many speeches. Now I personally wouldn’t spend 1k to go see anyone. At least not at this point in my life where I do not have that kind of money to spend on concerts. But yeah, fan concert video typically suck for this reason. You want to try and find the people who go to concerts JUST to record them. Both the audio and video are significantly better.
@@MelanieButera no, I don't go to a lot of concerts, and what I mentioned is part of that reason. I did go see the backstreet boys last year, and my own audio sounds much better than this, and I was singing, but it didn't pick up. You can still hear them singing above the crowd. So, perhaps this person has a super crappy device. Regardless, the price is ridiculous, and I would like to hear them more than the crowd.
@@jonok42 were are you located? I think all of the normal tickets are sold out but from what I’ve seen resell tickets haven’t been crazily jacked up and in some areas even lower than base price. The show for my area though is coming up soon so people may be wanting to just offload the tickets (they were twice as high when they were reselling right after the tickets went on sale) I’ve gone to the last two Jonas brothers tours and I have to say I have no complaints about not being able to hear them over the crowd and like I said this is a common problem with fan videos… Maybe you had your phone father away from you? I know when I’m recording videos I try to be mindful of that because I want to watch it back hopefully without my singing and to get it as close to that experience as possible but it is hard.
