That audience was not ready for sadhguru. sadhguru was completely aware from the beginning to the type of audience he was talking to, Reason being he spoke in a gentle manner
Wow! This is a great discussion by Sadguru. Mind blowing for business. How fortunate the students are to have a direct discussion with him. Did Wharton to a survey to find out what the students felt?
I admire Sadhguru and his selfless service to mankind. As he mentioned, anhankara or ego is a hard nut to crack but not matter what the challenges he keeps doing the work selflessly. His efforts should not go waste.
Possibility is not in our hands but work is. It's an English version of the Bhagvat Geeta Shloka "Karmanyevadhikarestu ma phalesu kadachana ma karmphal heturbhur matesangstwakarmani"
@David G. LOL!! The shloka is in Sanskrit, it means: You have a right to “Karma” (actions) but never to any Fruits thereof. You should never be motivated by the results of your actions, nor should there be any attachment in not doing your prescribed activities.
It's fascinating to watch most people struggle to truly understand the depth of reality that Sadhguru is trying to explain.. The satisfying feeling comes from watching the few who really got it, their facial expressions says it all ..
AMAZING, only your competence can get you to where you truly obtain your success...constantly tweaking your competence...being content only when you are miserable can you think of being content...contentment is containment...life isnt about being ahead of someone else, those who seek contentment you enjoy a lesser mans misfortune, that is sickness always trying to be better than bigger than another person constantly measuring weighing miserable existence..be happy, joy misery happens within us...if you are joyful by nature you are happy the whole world is happier..
This level of perception is not from the planet! I’m pretty much certain. It’s like some advanced alien being who could see the human-being inside out. This man is something else! 🙏🙏🙏
The most important thing to do in your life is to work on yourself, on your self-development and improvement. You only deire things that you can see, what is the meaning of what you want? What us the purpose of having it ?
He says nothing about self development or improvement, they're all things which fall under the category of desires. He's talking about something much more beautiful like the way like a flower blossoms. It is not bothered about how it will look once it's blossomed it is carefully and slowly growing and maturing enjoying every moment of it.
Few people can accurately describe their genuine faults and even fewer take steps to rectify them , most of the inhabitants of this planet are dormant lumps of dung bumping into each other like slow smelly dodgems.
1:09:55 Lol this guy misunderstood "your mind should take instructions from you" as "you shouldn't take advice from anybody else". Fucking brilliant haha
summary 1. mind should be flexible 2. your thoughts & emotions should happen the way you wanted 3. you are more then gathered body & mind 4.if you don't identify with anything, you will access chita
Young audience. It wasn't relaxed, did not respond instantly to ideas and the jokes. The audience was too self-conscious,as if it was under some pressure,it was attentive but did not know it should respond. When someone asks asimple question, you say yes,no. It was not clear if it enjoyed but thanks to Sadhguru's eloquence and clarity and impressive presence, it was enlightened I hope.
Pranam sadhguru What an amazing insight into body and mind.He touched lectures from Bhagavat Gita that if you attached to you actions you will have happiness and sorrow. Rise above those materialistic world you will be blissful
Yesterday before upload this video I have liked it's review as a 25th person. But today within 24 hours after uploads it is 25 K likes... What a miracle. Sadhguru can simply get 25k likes within 24 hours that much people loves him. 🙏
Technology is a wonderful thing but it's a mindless thing"- sums it all..Namaskaram guruji. by the way at 27:33 when he talks about mortality ,i saw a glimpse of soothing tears in his eternal eyes i feel the same way don't know why a gentle smile blossom in my face without any intention .as he rightly said "the way you think is the way you feel" may be worked unconsciously through subconsciousness.😊😊
So True, Sadhuguru, the Linguistics Professors does not know the basic but they are very confident a about their knowledge. For example, They don't know that Q is not a true alphabet, because Q is equal to two syllables, namely, Q = ko and ku.
One of a wondeful speeches of sadhguru... wharton biz school student questions show their attitude - sadhguru's way of handling them were awesome and shows his attitude... If you have control of your thougts and emotion - keep it joyful, blissful👌
Well said on competence. No, contentment is a peace frame of mind. It is mindful of calm and progressive. Expression is ok, but contentment is the best self control known. Maybe you think of it differently.
@@parha123 , not controlled is your mistake. Wet dreams have you wTch , enjoy and yet wonder what the fuss. Try again. . ...self doesn't go out for all that.
I think the "HUMP" is wrong knowledge. Find the "KNOWER" within, that we all have, and the "HUMP" goes away. From Indiana, USA Peace, Love and Harmony on this special day.
Thank you Sadhguru for sharing! I agree with you, accept in other video, as of 1 of the 4 needed I think? I heard you say you need Military, they don't heal or educate, so where do you put that into retrospect, please tell me, for I have no space anywhere for them! What am I missing, for I aim to end them? I've shared my thoughts w/you via isha, so I look forward to your answers. Peace is real and I'm asking you to define your part w/me? kara
Any number of ways Coster tried to belittle Sadguru, he is simply dismissed. At last he couldn’t maintain his presence for the entire duration of the discussion. This itself is proof that his education and degrees has little to do with fundamental understanding of life. Just apply a little psychology to the talk and you will know why what Sadguru is saying is so invaluable.
Surprised by the quality of questions. Maybe it was because of the ecosystem, the students did not grasp the contents. They were trying to gather more information rather than understand the experiential aspect of life Sadhguru was talking about. He never directly speaks about the tools in such conversations which may cause the listeners to think that he is preaching philosophy. Hope the essence of his talk is not lost in the meandering conversations which Sadhguru engages in to woo the intellect.
