That was a wonderful goodbye gift to Trevor. It was perfect because he found flowers that are from South African and actually have meaning for Trevor's homeland. That was kind and honoring and he really took it literally. In the community we say, give people their flowers while they are alive, not when they are dead. So that was cool. Great actor and can't wait to see the movie Devotion.

I’ve been on a binge of Jonathan Majors interviews, and I can say he is truly a one of one. Just sets himself apart from 95% of other actors that do these shows. And those 5% are top of the top, denzel, brad, Tom hanks etc. his aura his insight and just the way he truly holds the craft as sacred. It’s inspiring honestly. Some of the most ripped athletes in the world are fully plant based and eat plenty of carbs. Refined carbs are not our friends (bagels, white bread, etc). Carbs from whole plants like the oatmeal he mentioned, or things like sweet potatoes and bananas give our muscles the glycogen they need to power through workouts!
