It is strange how he was very poltical. and funny and told people how people could change things if they were willing, most people weren't, but anyway, I am not a conspiracy theorist but I do have to wonder why he's no longer on our screens.
Paul L I'm with you on that I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist myself but I don't think it is conspiracy theory were Mark Thomas is concerned, he was exposing government and corporate corruption, the channel he was on survived on corporate advertising and having a licence to operate, end of storey. The irony is him being forced off the air was the biggest conformation that he was right, but as you so rightly point out most people pay no attention, unfortunately.
I would watch your news. I don't need news spoken slowly and explained in detail to me 4 times an hour with a "we can't have an opinion" hat on.. if you're going to do that then you have to make it interesting or funny... worth watching. I believe people take in more when they're engaged... could you say that people are engaged watching the dross on the TV news now? or if they are, are they engaged in the right way?.. love your work.. keep treading the thin line. Legend.

Far better characterisation, buildup and payoff in three and a half minutes than in the entire runtime of a generically unfunny "cribbing Family Guy style shock humour like it's still relevant" Netflix cringefest. Pie cribs a potentially lame and shitty schoolyard joke and delivers it with some style. Addicted to this guy now, time to hit the playlists!
