Jonathan's Armour-Bearer (1 Samuel 14) 

I absolutely love the way you break down scriptures. It’s an EXPERIENCE!!!!!!, and I am not so patiently awaiting the next one.

We all have either been a Saul or know a Saul. I can relate so hard on being a coward in decision making and hoping someone or something will come and save the day by giving us all the answers (and actions). It's taken years and still working on it this time with the Holy Spirit to be brave and make decisions based on what I like to ask myself "what yould Jesus do or say" before I proceed because I want peace in my life. Saul (like many of us) was his own worst enemy, poor decision skills , over thinking, allowing anxiety to take hold and wanting the glory without the work is a recipe for a life of confusion and stress. Jonathan's Armour bearer and his prince took a bold path not for victory or glory but for the peace of mind for their people. Putting themselves in the cross hairs and trusting in God to protect them and aid them.....thank you House for presenting the Scriptures beautifully.
