Yet you probably still choose to watch those same storm chasers, even though you don’t have to and nobody is forcing you to. Also….they are in fact “storm chasers” I mean….they’re the ones risking their lives to get into these storms in order to collect data so that way we can figure out how to better prepare ourselves every time those storms hit. When a major storm hits your area, what exactly are you doing? Going outside to collect data, and to possibly help with any damages as well as search & rescues….or staying indoors? Those storm chasers that you enjoy hating on…..actually risk their lives to protect us all, so you might wanna be a little bit grateful for them doing their jobs.
Most storm chasers approach tornadoes from behind, putting them in the RFD zone, which is why the wind noise makes it harder to hear the tornado's roar.
@@sammylacks4937 I think this is it-black & white, driveway with "y" connection and trees in a front yard-listening to it coming and siren starts it off. This the one? It's gettin' louder, too......
As am I. My heart goes out to all the people who were less fortunate than I was. The tornado went right through the center of town and did a lot of damage.
@@agibitable Don't blaspheme. The Lord is your saviour and a mighty fortress. But only if you believe can you be saved. Believe in Jesus and you get saved. Read the bible. It's the word of God. Fear the Lord and humble yourself before God just like Jesus did. Look at what Jesus did for you how he willingly died on the cross to save your soul and don't take God for granted else God will take you for granted when the day of judgement comes. And that day will come for sure because the prophets foretold it over and over again. That's why God sent the saviour so that you might choose the right path when the day comes.
I remembered that day. Wow i didn't know if my dad was ok or if my family and friends in Brookland was gonna be ok. That Nader was huge. Debris was everywhere. Took days to clean up dads yard. I found old receipts from Kirkland store and court papers from someones court day. This is one of the best video I've seen of this 🌪! 😮
@@ODataOmachineO I live in Brookland and just watching it come up the highway on Television from the Bathtub just still scares me a bit. I remember living in Piggott years ago when Marmaduke got hit so I've seen these big Tornadoes beforehand.
Really disconcerting to stand there and watch it , hoping and praying you'll be spared utter destruction and the relief knowing it's going to miss had to have been cathartic
did you see how fast that thing accelerated once it got over the top of that bank? holy shit it looked like it was in that field forever, and when it got to just behind that tree it look like its ground speed increased by 300% i think that is the most intimidating part about tornadoes in my opinion - how sporadic and randomly they can act and travel
Tornadoes don't go south very often they go s w to n e most of the time but can change direction if we get a tropical depression from a Hurricane and go s e to e to s e to e.
Scary stuff, video is always good to see but unless you've seen one for real you can't get a real prospective of how big something is that goes from the sky to the ground, its scarey as it gets and gives one a feeling of helplessness.
