I assume that this sold? I think the kitchen is a little small for the price. The price is more than a similar house where I live in Fresno California.
@@TNVAHomeTeam what would a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2000 square foot house be in the area? We are thinking about moving, but not sure the cost of housing. My wife likes Knoxville a little more than the NE area.
@@jimave A DR Horton home on a .14 acre lot, brand new is just under $300k to $350k, depending on the development. If you want something more similar to this one, you're looking at $550k.
