The golden gloves tournament was a long journey to remember in 2023. I (Jonny Mansour) fought three days in a row at the regional championships in LA. After three consecutive wins, I won the entire tournament and also was rewarded the best boxer award. I then moved onto State championships and fought northern California in the finals and won. After winning regional championships and state championships, I moved on to national championships in Philadelphia. I fought five days back to back, winning every single fight by unanimous decision, and knocking out three out of five of my opponents. In the finals, I defeated a tough opponent who was the former ranked number 1 in the nation. Jonny Mansour became the 2023 NATIONAL GOLDEN GLOVE Champion and also was the only boxer from California to win it all. This was a journey to remember. I appreciate all the support. 🙏💪
