Jonsered 2040 Turbo Swedish Chainsaw. Starting and overview. 

Very honest, thorough review. They were introduced in the early nineties.

I’ve got the poulan farmhand 2500. Same exact saw and i love it. Its got the turbo air intake but its called super clean instead.

2040 turbo is a 1991 model. I have one im working on that was a non runner. Got it cleaned and all serviced up to the point it runs but won't start without manually adding gas to carb first. Then runs and idles fine... Can't seem to adjust the carb any better to make it actually start or it won't idle/start at all. Guessing it's air/fuel mix issue with adjustment.

Do u still have the jonsered 2040 turbo I have one but it just gave out
