Isn't that the basic premise of woke leftards? The EBU really created a mess. But if a woman complained about mistreatment by an actor, there'd be waves of condemnation. Surprisingly everyone is ready to forgive Joost. On the other hand, people used to love Bill Cosby too.
Official statement is out: 'An incident occurred after last Thursday's performance. Against clear agreements, Joost was filmed when he had just gotten off stage and had to rush to the greenroom. At that moment, Joost repeatedly indicated that he did not want to be filmed. This was not heeded. This led to a threatening movement from Joost towards the camera. Joost did not touch the camera woman. This incident was reported, followed by an investigation by the EBU and police. Yesterday and today we consulted extensively with the EBU and proposed various solutions. Nevertheless, the EBU has decided to disqualify Joost Klein. AvroTros finds the measure very heavy and disproportionate. We stand for good manners, let there be no misunderstanding about that, but in our view an exclusion measure is disproportionate to this incident. We are very disappointed and upset, also for all the millions of fans who were so excited for tonight. What Joost brought to the Netherlands and Europe should not have ended this way.'
Finally some clarity of what very probably has happened, so people can stop speculating and start making up their mind. Note: this is the official statement from AVRO-TROS, the Dutch broadcasting organisation involved.
Avro tros has reacted and revealed the real reason why this happened. Joost was unjustly punished and literally nothing physical happened to the camera woman. He was in a hurry and they kept bugging him. After several warnings that he was in a hurry, he waved in her direction to shoo her away
He has already become a legend. 100% sure he was framed and we all know why. “ The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty”
FROM:ME TO: MY PARENTS This is dedicated to all the cameramen and -women that can respect artist's wishes not to be filmed backstage after they have repeatedly asked you
Woah .... I was travelling last night, and only catching up now. Heard about Joost, though no details. Didn't yet get up to speed with Norway, Ireland, the Press Centre etc. Difficult to believe this all may become what Malmo '24 is remembered for. Keep your spirits up, both of you.
This is wrong. Absolutely over exaggerated sanction. Joost should sue for defamation. Ebu's decisions have put everyone at harm way: the artist, audience, countries and the hole concept of the festival. Ebu needs to reflect it own actions and a purge needs to be made. And maybe there should be a search for another sponsor for the event, someone that doesn't effect on Ebu's decision making.
Agreed but for some reason my votes are not delivered. I managed to send one for him from my mom's phone then I wasn't able to send more from hers also. I had the same problem last year too.
Noosh - I was thinking about you this morning, and worried that you hadn't posted any public vids on here in the past 24 hours+ - hope you are okay, stay positive ❤️
Looking back at this moment, we hopefully will look at this as a "bleep" in ESC history and nothing else. The atmosphere for Zagreb/Zürich/Paris '25 will hopefully be totally different. Keep up the good work and enjoy this evening!
@@aekelly The EBU asked the Swedish candidate to change their clothes and also were compelling other candidates to do what they want. The CEO and the board of EBU should really take responsibility and resign. Politicians and CEOs at companies that perform very poorly or have made a major mistake also step down. The EBU has imposed its opinion on so many countries that candidates and journalists felt uncomfortable with their meddling and dominance. They do not listen to the wishes of the countries at all, do not keep agreements, and demonstrably play political games. Four broadcasters almost withdrew. They suck.
@@tokkiestan6901 oh I agree that they're awful. I didn't know they asked M&M to chance their clothes - any idea? Because that's just strange. They should have posted Eric Saade's performance, should have let Joost stay, done something about all the reports I've heard of the Israeli delegation harassing other delegations. And then there's the question of who gets the boot and who doesn't....
Do we actually need to explain why bullying is wrong??? Why disrespectful behaviors shouldn't be allowed in EUROVISION??? SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?
Okay....... I just realised all of it but still dont get everything. Like about ireland.... I am not saying on wich side I am, but I dont feel that is gonna be good for whole contest
I will never forget that Ukraine and Israel were allowed to participate with statement songs, Eric Saade was not fined for wearing a keffiyeh during the opening act of the first semi-final but Armenia was slapped with a penalty for showing "We are our Mountains" monument of Stepanakert in the greeting card. Azerbarans never got banned for being aggressors but Russia and Belarus were eliminated immediately. So the genocide in Artsakh - before both conflicts - didn't count. People who were slaughtered there and then forced out of their homes through starvation and death threats didn't count. A territory always populated with Armenians with centuries-old churches and monasteries was taken away from us. Nobody cared and they are participating just fine. The Israel, that sold them the weapons to do that to us is allowed to participate. Double fucking standards.
Can you imagine how it is dificult for children of Gaza or Ukraine or and any other country going through war conflict in the world, what trauma they are going through?
What about the trauma of the children in Israel? It's not black or white. There is a reason the conflict is the longest in history. It ignores the murder and kidnapping of Israeli children by a terrorist organization like Hamas shows that you are neither for peace nor for rights.
Sorry but ho will stand up for that women in her place of work? Is she supposed to leave work due to ongoing investigation? But he wont? She has another view of what happened and the investigation will give answers.
It was never about vocal or artist(because if it was about it.. half of the vocal artists have there ...ha!ha!ha! .. it is so funny, it is more funny you guys like that too. JESUS!) So,It was always political, decisions always has been made for political interests.

The Israeli delegation is allowed to take pictures like any other country. They came to Malmö to survey! Either everyone surveys and takes pictures or no one! Do not try to justify or make excuses because there is no place for that!

@@nanon8501 Israel shouldn’t have come while bombing innocent children. And no, I don’t defend Hamas: I think both Hamas and Israel are equally bad by killing eachother in the name of different gods
Sorry Noosh, i respect your strict opinion on the israeli case…but, from what ive seen, as someone from the press you have to be serious and neutral… You can't fight the conflict on the backs of the young Israeli woman when you know how heated the mood already is. So you shouldn't be surprised if, as big mood makers, you have no place in a press center... I want to see neutral information about the songs and not a kindergarten!
When Joost sings the last piece, he goes all the way back to the loss of his parents. He needs some time to recover after this. Just at this moment the camerawoman wanted to take pictures. He said several times that he didn't want this. When she continued filming, he made a defensive movement. Joost has autism and that strengthened his reaction.
ok what did we learn yesterday that the judges have a political agenda, the general public gave almost the most votes for Israel. And most importantly you have no idea how to identify a good song.
United by music so fake slogan. Shame to disqualify someone that got through because of political. All singers should boycott the grand final this would be called United by music
Well, Joost disqualifiquation OBV has everything to do with Israël... And then they come up with non reason to kick him out. They destroyed his dream.. JOOST JOOST JOOST ❤️❤️❤️
So Not True! This has nothing to do with israel. Stop with all the hate towards them. Joost was banned because bad violence behavior towards Swedish crew women.
Unsubscribe - thanks no thanks ! You are on the wrong side of history my loves.. Wishing you all the best, but you are very very very wrong on this one! Shame on you 2..
Bambi thug probably tried to do a ritual on Eden’s luck but it got into Joost instead, that’s why he punched the photographer. Eurokaka 💩 y’all acted like bullies with your boos and not treating Eden fair, like Jojo’s said Karma is a B I should have known better 🎶🎶 united by musicccc
You, the bloggers, have a part in the bullying and the boycott of the Israeli delegation and Eden Golan. You started the boycott from day one when you decided not to address its performance and completely ignore it as if Israel was not in the competition. You have a responsibility as bloggers, people act on your behavior and you have caused division and hatred towards your Jewish viewers. You have to draw conclusions from this further
Are you serious? Have you heard about freedom of expression? Bloggers can choose what and who to cover and whether they want to make a stand with silence. If people decide to unite against something they perceive as a violation of human rights - IT'S THEIR RIGHT. As you have a right to withdraw from Eurovision if you don't feel welcome.
@trajnomlijeko There is freedom of expression and ther is behave disrespectfully. If you want to be respected, respect the other. Period. From the first day delegations and singers sent laughed and mocked the Israeli delegation and nothing was said about it. This is hypocrisy at its best!
Hahaha. So hypocrite. Eurovision will carry on. I hope it will be more inclusive, he said. 😂😂😂 By excluding Israel all the time? 😂😂😂 Wtf. It's not inclusive when you exclude Israel out of your reports.
