Joplin High School Lip Dub 2011 

We're back!Go Joplin!I live here and for all the people who say "I wish my school is in a mall" we had nowhere else to put it!But the school is back!

Good job guys. Makes me miss my highschool days. Class of 2002. Coming up on ten years. Time go's so fast. Im glade the tornado didn't destroy any spirit. The city of St.Louis hopes the best for Joplin.

Back when Jhs had spirit. I remember the marching band marching through the halls a few months ago and everyone except for the band looked like they didn’t want to be there.

@BoomSquad21SS Why are you watching us then? Joplin has been through so much and this High School had to be build onto the mall, because we had nowhere else to go to school. They don't even have windows, and we have dealt with so much over the past (soon to be) year. Walk a mile in our shoes, and you'll realize how special a school can be, and how a little bit of FUN goes a really long way. Please don't judge us, we're lucky to have what we do.

Most schools in Missouri call them Junior Varsity and Varsity. A really skilled Sophomore might get on the Varsity team and sometimes a not-so-good Junior will be on the Junior Varsity. This is for BIG schools. Smaller schools may just have one team for all grades 9 thru 12.

Shuffin,The campus is gone...Well not exactly, the new one is already rebuilt,Its really nice...I know that because I live there.I love Joplin!

@avaiae i wasn't lying thats what i was told and the reason i said that it was almost classified as an ef6 is because they had to inspect the town to find out because they said the damage that was done was worse than what an ef5 could normally do. so please dont blame me for something i was told out right and passing on the information

@BoomSquad21SS Ummm we had the biggest tornado in the past 50 years and they almost broke the scale and went up to a F6 when the highest recorded is a F5. I'm sorry you lost your school. The only reason we get so much attention is because it was so devastating. I can honestly tell you that the students in our school have probably been through more than you. Students died the date of their graduation. They didn't have a chance to really live their life so i don't see how it's your place to judge.

Do you have two different sports teams? Like one for the freshman and sophomores and another one for the juniors and seniors?

I'm a freshman, and I can see how it upsets the 9 & 10th graders because we're not in it, but we will understand when we're Juniors and seniors. Plus, the 11 & 12 graders are in this 21st century learning school, and the video shows how it was built in a mall, and how awesome the building is. I really enjoyed the video. The green alien was a nice touch. :)

Those containers are tornado shelters and the school was moved to the mall because the tornado which hit the school on graduation day.....left NOTHING behind.

haha was that the drum major in the morph suit? :P haha Anyways, GO JHS EAGLE PRIDE BAND!!!! (Coming from a former member who left after the tornado) I wish you guys the best of luck this band season! :D

i go to JHS, i am gonna be a senior this next year, i am hiding in this video [IT TAKES AN EAGLE EYE TO FIND ME THAT WAS A /PUN/], and although i will say that our school is amazing, and that we've been through a whole lot i just cant help but laugh at how embarrassingly silly this video is im sorry itS JUST LIKE OMFG WE SHOULD HAVE DONE IT OVER like we had two takes? a practice and the final cut. we needed more, i think the practice turned out better than the final. :'o( but, opinions!

I go to PHS. and we are having a lip dub. I dont really know why were havig one. I guess the principal wants us all to support our teams and school. there are going to be 4 sophmores, 4 juniors and 5 seniors singing dynimate.
