In a sense I go in and out of my “prime” with my phases of training. But yes I think I’m around my highest ever… but my technique now is obviously better than ever so. I guess you can call it my prime
Consider in investing in some back supports and knee supports so you can keep doing this for a very long time. Also, get you an inversion table, it helps rejuvenate your back, neck and knees, I know, I have been in a car accident and it helps amazingly, especially to a person who was never to walk again and now I am jogging and running. I also got a door way hang bar and do it so much my arms went from 72 inch reach to 73 inch reach and that I did only by accident to help my back like the inversion table. At least think about it. Love your abilities and keep it up.
