Maybe when Trump is convicted, his ego will finally deflate when he realizes the number of people who truly support him is miniscule. It was a "corporate media" illusion making us think the country could be in peril if Trump is held accountable. They want us to be scared of holding any elites accountable. Technically speaking, doublespeak is using euphemisms to refer to horrible events. Ie, "we helped them on their way" instead of "we killed them all. Horribly." What you're describing is really closer to Doublethink, from 1984. Doublethink is the ability to hold two opposing views in your head at the same time. Aka: Trump cannot get a free trial because all NYC hates him. All NYC loved Trump. - A really weird English major

I got a loosy at that bodega in Harlem today and I was asking the guy behind the counter when Trump was coming back and he said they wanted nothing to do with it. He also said that people in the crowd were yelling insults at Trump which sounds a lot more like Harlem than the four more years chants that i saw on tv, must've been his own campaign people doing that for the camera.

One thing for sure, Trump is extremely predictable, this election is going to be exactly like 2020. Only two things that might help, first he doesn’t have the world stage and media coverage he had back then, and second, l don’t think nearly as many people will show for the 2025 Capitol riot.
