Great vid man there arm is so similar I just think Rodger’s makes it look more effortlessly also better accuracy but this is loves first season as starter I’m hoping he takes a huge jump coming this season .
Personally I feel like there's no comparison for a lot of these. 12 spins it and places it with so much more velocity and accuracy. However, a few of these clips are dead on. Hoping Love can continue to refine his craft and accomplish some of what the greatest thrower of a football ever has accomplished in his HOF career 💚💛
No one will ever be aaron rodgers so take the comparison with a grain of salt but definitely many similarities. Tom clements has done a great job with our qbs.
Well, Love did something last year that Favre or Rodgers couldn’t do in their first year starting. And that’s make a deep run in the playoffs. Favre owned the niners in his career, let’s hope Love rekindles that as well! #LOVEERA 💯
The league doesn’t quite believe what we Green Bay fans do yet, they didn’t necessarily believe in Rodgers until his third year starting. If Jordan plays the way he’s capable of this season there’ll be no denying him. I just hope they get a new contract done soon so he can lock in
Favre started that no feet touching throw later on in his career. He stated he didnt want to plant his feet, get hit, and have his feet get stuck in the turf, twisting and pulling on his knees and ankles. He did it to protect himself. With 3 year under studies, all of them have learned from each other.
As a cowboys fan i knew when the packers were still in their first half of their season that jordan love was going to break out and sadly he did against the cowboys😔
Good news is he is actually way more fluid than Rodgers was early in his career with his throwing mechanics, and Love is obviously way more athletic than A rod ever was. 🧀
Rodgers was very athletic in his early years. Still had wheels later on. Love needs to learn to use it some more, like the game ending pick he threw against San Francisco in the playoffs. Should have turned on the jets.
I couldn’t helps but notice that in a lot of these clips they are playing the same teams at the same fields and throwing to some of the same players as well which is really cool. Great video CANT wait til next season. GoPackGo
@@ericpadilla2454this is not true Cobb had 3 catches 50 yards, Adams 6 catches 42 yards, lazard 1 catch 20 yards and a td, scantling 2 catches 19 yards, in Jordan loves first game vs the chiefs in 2022 all those receivers caught balls from Rodgers and love
It's eerie how much Love is similar in throwing motion and mechanics if he can continue to keep his turnovers to a Rodgers level he'll be great for a very long time!
you have to! it would be interesting to see what other comparisons could you find. maybe see who runs routes like davante. (id start with Wicks' out routes. 😉)
Yeah, to take advantage of learning from AR for 3 years shows a lot of intelligence and really taking the opportunity. Some other QB's would say that want to put their stamp on it.
As a Niners fan this gives me nightmares, he looks like a carbon copy of Rodger’s, I honestly expect him to keep improving and the team around him to keep getting better. Unreal
Doubs is Jordy Nelson, Musgrave is Tonyan or Graham, Watson is Adams, Reed is MVS, hopefully Josh Jacobs is Aaron Jones or Eddie Lacy, Melton and Wicks are Randall Cobb, and Love is of course, Aaron Rodgers. The new Packers resemble the old Packers, that’s for sure.
Love has solid arm talent when it comes to velocity, but when it comes to odd off platform throws, feet not set, weird arm angles, across body…Love is pretty elite. Agreed though: Rodgers might have one of the best arms ever up there with Marino, and Favre.
He sat on the bench and watched Rodgers, so he did adopt some of Rodger's mannerisms. So he does look like Rodgers, until he starts to mimic Justin Fields[that killer interception against the 49ers, for example].
We'll see, I love what Rodgers did for us, but if Love wins a Super Bowl and has seasons similar to how he finished this past year, it could be closer than you'd think, nonetheless I like what I'm seeing from Love
Some things you can't teach... But you can feel. Both of these guys are feelers. Thats the best kind of talent you can have. Aaron showed Jordan new ways, and Jordan felt his way through. I knew when Jordan love drop the ball into the net on fan night a few years ago and Rodgers didn't. I didn't make a big deal out of it but I never forgot and remember thinking/seeing J.Love has touch and a nice arm. That throw Rodgers makes at 3:30 though... Well done🙏.
I just think as of right now Love's deep ball accuracy distance control needs some work. If he can dial that in, I honestly didn't see much difference between 2nd half of 2023 JLo and what we'd usually get from Rodgers
