Roy is a great example of what a high level BJJ practitioner trains and rolls like. He wasn't smashing and destroying Jordan at every step, but rather making Jordan work for every position and transition. I'm a purple now, but I remember when I was a white belt rolling with blue and purple that had fragile egos. They would often go 100% with me and we both would get hurt. Now, I train with restraint when rolling with lower belts, I find it's the best opportunity to try new things and experiment. Thanks Roy for setting a great example.

I love how he has cirrculum, I don't think all schools need it but it's definitely worth having something of the sort for the more lesser known schools and names in ju-jitsu.
