Jordan's Swimming Minnow 

This streamer pattern is one that I came up with to cause a good bit of disturbance in the water. It can be stripped in quickly and make a wake at the surface or just under. You can also strip it slowly and as the fly falls the tail will continue to move.
This pattern can be tied weighted, weedless, and with rattles as you so desire!
