I live in Virginia, one week ago I called the police because of Border People traversing thru Henrico...I asked the police could I throw the cuffs on them, call the police and have them detained!! The police told me to call DHS, ask what Citizens can do about all of this, and ask DHS if they will come and pick them up. True Story Folks
