Joining with our partner Hospital Rooms, we are supporting their Digital Art School, a series of recorded hands-on workshops presented by a fantastic range of professional artists. The first workshop we are thrilled to share is hosted by José Parlá, an internationally recognized Cuban-American artist based in New York City. José talks about ‘phosphene’, or seeing colour with closed eyes, and how from our imagination we can make anything - what he calls a freestyle of the mind. Dive into a world of monoprinting with gestural marks, layered colours, and the creation of a secret visual language, as José inspires you to explore your creativity without inhibition.

Today I noticed that at least five of my Winsor and Newton professional watercolors have mold. Mold is a complaint I have heard from many artists about Winsor And Newton watercolors but I personally have never had an issue until now. Can you please make a video on how to remove mold from the watercolors? I will be truly devastated if I have to throw the paints away as they are very expensive and quite an investment.
