aj you probably alr know this but just in case you dont, if you pinch hit for the captain during the game once he comes up to bat, you still keep their boost active for all eligible players for the whole game and can get a better hitter in there. just has to be once the game has started and he comes up to bat not at the lineup screen or at the start of the game.
