Mexican here, all the time people were laughing I'm thinking sh1t this wasn't funny growing up poor. This dude is the real deal for real. I remember my mom had to mix bread crumbs with bean juice to feed us when we were struggling, or just eating tortillas with sugar. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world though. Today that's why I don't care for brands, most Americans care about good shoes and are very materialistic. I just cared my parents gave me enough to succeed in life.
@@nobytes2 That's right brother. I was happy to get shoes from Payless and kids now days want all brand names. I raise my kids good but I don't spoil them. They don't have a game console until this moment, but they got everything they need to succeed. I am happy all my nephews are humble and not materialistic too because of how we were raised. Our moms did a good job!
This is probably the most innocent and honest journey I've ever seen. I hope you make it. I hope you're able to give everything your kids dream of. My father, too, got to see me every 2 years. Today I understood how it must have made him feel all these years. 🥺💔💚 Love you man. Love from India. ✊
@StraightUpTruth Do you even know the difference between Chicanos and Mexicans? You obviously didn’t hear him say that he was born in Mexico. Get it right homeboy.
@StraightUpTruth wtf lol I ain't never in my life heard anyone say they were Chicano 😂😂😂🤦♂️. Who cares...I can't even hold a conversation in Spanish born in west Covina. I always say I'm Mexican. A Japanese person that was born here would still say they were Japanese. that's their ethnicity
@StraightUpTruth chicanos and Mexicans ain’t the same 😂😂 what do you think chicanos are? Mexican is when you are born in Mexico and Chicano is a son of Mexican parents born in USA so that makes you Mexican American homie get it right . I was born in Mexico but my parents brought me to The US when I was a kid and now my kids were born here and there’s no difference between them and I . They look the same as me and the only difference is that they were born here . Don’t lose your culture vato . Your ethnicity runs in your family’s blood be proud .
Super underrated set and a lot of the jokes are for those who know the LA area. Well done and for someone who dropped out of H.S, the jokes were absolutely brilliant. Well done my friend, well done.
This is the raw and so real and makes him the read deal. Truth is funny as .... Young master holding court. "Like I'm getting deported ... but to heaven".
@@raulrios81 higher taste? Jezuz, how old are you? There's no "higher taste", it's just different. People have different tastes. Some more selective. Comedy comes from so much, check your ego my guy. Maybe he's too raw for you and you like something else. That's cool. My girl and I met Jose at a show he did in Vegas a few years back. After his set, I bought the dude a beer, we chatted, got heckled for talking too loud, nerded out over the underrated comedy world, smoked out and had an awesome night. He's a great comedian, off and on stage. Stoked for his glow up.
“Who’re you supposed to be, food court?” Hahahahhaha I’m dead Man this dude is fucking hilarious that joke about hood dudes having the same first and last name is so on point!!
@@DavidRodriguez-gf5xy Man look….I visited (Jordan Downs) in the early 80’s from Northern CA for two weeks in the summer because my damn cousin cousins live there. That was the longest 14 days of my life. When I got older they called me talking about come back we live in a house in Lynwood it’s better now. 😭😂.
Your funny bro!!! I’m 53 and I laugh my face off!!! I thought my 7 year old boy the joke your daughter said!! He laughed his face off!! God bless you man!!
The first time I see this guy and I can't believe he could make the things he was talking about funny, but he did exactly that. It takes a lot of talent, hope to see him in person in the future.
That's wassup! Good to see a homie from the hood getting it. After the last high school I got kicked out from, I graduated from a continuation HS. I ain't making this sh*t up when I tell you I graduated in a Forest Lawn cemetery all the way up in Hollywood because they donated the hall 🤣🤣🤣! Could only take 2 people with me, so took my lady and my moms lol. The hood man. So many memories that I get nostalgic at times, and not the throwing up kind. 🤣
Thanks NYA Comedy, for bring us this excelent talented guy, Jose...; he is so funny, smart, and with a great future..; never heard of him, but I know for sure he's gonna make it, and will be known as one of the best latino comedian in the years to come..!! 👏😉👍
I love your honesty so much, and I adore your style of making me laugh. If I see you at Olive Garden I invite you to eat a Cesar Salad. You are hilarious. May God continue to Bless your soul.
