Hi! The Diane Messenger is only available in one size at this time. For a smaller size, there's the Diane Clutch, plus Diane L15 and Diane L20 which are both the top-handle style.

I love the look of these bags, especially the hardware. I wouldn’t see it as an everyday bag but also I guess it could be, sort of straddles the line somehow. Gorgeous regardless of the combo and how you use it.
I have been waiting for this! So interesting! Love the Diane bag. I think I would go for the top handle version maybe in the medium size. They are soo expensive - but look gorgeous!
The Diane L20 would be a wonderful addition to your collection! 😉 They are quite expensive, but I do honestly think they are worth the money. Especially in light of the recent Armani and Dior scandals, I feel that the quality and craft of Joseph Duclos bags warrant their price. I appreciate knowing exactly the type of leather that is used, from where it is sourced, and that all of their bags are made in France. I was told when purchasing this bag that the Diane range is about 70% handmade (which is much higher than many other luxury brands). I did not mention it in this video, but upon comparing the stitching and construction of this bag with my Louis Vuitton bags, the Joseph Duclos was noticeably better crafted. (Sorry for the novel. I bet you didn't see that coming lol!)

I need to talk to the store too, but are you supposed to hold the sides when you close it? Or can you just slide it down with a little bit of a firm hand?
It’s best to hold in the sides when closing the lock. I’m sure you could push it in to close, but it would likely scratch and misalign the lock over time. I’ve found it to be pretty easy to open and close with a little practice. ❤️
