I like both these guys. Im a fan of Zhang, he's really sly, really crafty like a 7ft chinese fox, he carries big power but in a few fights i seen him using traps to set it up. Think he's really interesting because of that, Wilder used athleticism to land his power, Lucas Browne was a big puncher a few years back could only in his right hook and he was crude in setting that up, just luck and taking punches to get there. Zhang is interesting to me in that his weakness is stamina but he off sets that by being so crafty and having massive power. Parker is a strange fighter, really really frustrating. Lost money on him over the years because he always seemed to find a way to lose, but you can see something has changed. He was arrested and linked with some meth gang, i think stuff out the ring was affecting him. He has the stamina, toughness and work rate to beat Zhang and make it look convincing, just because they share Joyce as an opponent doesnt tell you anything about this fight. I like them both, kinda the end of a title push for either if they lose. It could be a really good fight
Genuinely cannot pick a winner. I really WANT Parker to win, and he can do it, if he stays 100% focussed on a strict plan, of using his speed to dive in and out of range, and just fly in, land combinations, and get out before Zhang can counter.
There was a reason why larker came overweight and gassed early, he had chest infection and thafs why he was out of shape. Also now he has george lockhart in his corner, his fitness on another level
I totally agree its a dangerous fight its a big ask to keep a guy the size of zhang with his power and boxing skills for 12 rounds, Off him without getting caught with something big, Parker will have to fight the fight of his life to win i think he is capable of doing it.
Joseph Parker had a very good game plan for Wilder and stuck to it, I suspect a lot of that is down to Andy Lee. Andy Lee is a southpaw and knows what makes them uncomfortable and will have a a game plan for Zhilei Zhang but Zhang can think on his feet and and will find a way of winning. I suspect Parker will do well in the early rounds and Zhilei Zhang will set him up in a trap and KO him at some point.

Great video, Lozz. Parker has the youth advantage and the speed, movement etc. However, Zang can bang hard and he's pretty quick as well. I think Zang might KO Parker with one or 2 shots.

Zhang shouldn’t have his draw on his record and he should have a win against hergovic so in my view he’s been robbed twice already, let’s hope he gets a fair shake this time. I think hes power migbt be overrated. He couldnt knock out foster whos been knocked out three times, twice in a second round, couldnt knockout rudenko, who beeb knocked out two times. Yeah hnicked out joyce, who doesnt hVe head movements and stationary target
i think parker has a good very chance zhang is a danger no getting away from it for any boxer but i feel parker is just fresher in the later rounds if he can drag zhang into the later rounds with out going into a dog fight i think he can stop zhang late on its a big ask zhang is a big lump

Parker is a different fighter now because he has rid himself of the dreadful Kevin Barry who was no doubt holding him back. All Parker has to do is stay mobile & stay LOW, much like he did v wilder. The tall Zhang will find it awkward to punch DOWN. Parker then needs to target that body for a few rounds. Zhang DOES tend to gas out, he is 40 years old so it makes sense for Parker to take the wind out of his sails early with body shots. If Parker does this then I feel it will be a fairly easy win for him. Best regards.
