People dont talk enough of how good Ruiz is this guy for me is a beast of this generation hes impressed by no one, humble and fierce, courageous and technique, he know how to break defenses, he know how to use his ressources in the best manner possible sometimes he even do what we would think is impossible for him to do, a true definition of great adversary you dont know what to expect from him but he will always deliver one way or another, he know ho to boxe, not like others that are trying to improvise, businessmans etc he really go with the passion and knowledge big up Ruiz

I agree 100, but what is disappointing is his work ethic. He clocked AJ, which I predicted. But then squandered his victory by not training and partying too much. I think Ruiz is the MOST underrated fighter in the division, but he needs to do the work. Joe Parker has all those same qualities you listed, but he also does the bloody work... doesn't squander opportunities. If Ruiz takes a page from Parkers book, that muva faka will be unstoppable.

Yeah he won the fight. Let's not pretend he's not been an utter disgrace the last few years though. He's been a clown and struggled against ortiz. Lacks dedication and work ethic. He's undoubtedly an amazing boxer though, maybe he'll pick his lardy ass up and start training again seriously for his comeback but you never know with this dude.

I watched the full fight again and saw Ruiz win. He was always going forward and Parker was the one backing up ninety percent of the time. Andy landed more punches and landed more hard punches and won most exchanges. Parker did well but he didn't win this fight.😅 I'd like to see the fight again . .

He beat Anthony Joshua and became unified Champion. Then managed to get even more out of shape he's ever been in the rematch and lost. But nowadays he's in much better shape.

This was a brutal fight and big respect to both fighters for putting on the heavyweight fight of the year. Ruiz handspeed is very impressive. Ruiz always a complete warrior in the ring.

Honestly this was suppose to be a50/50 fight. Draw game for all has equal power and stamina. No falling down no what. My Congratulations goes to parker. Andy is a hero but didn't manage to take down Parker. Well done Parker, good notes

If he boxes like this and gets hit this much hes going to sleep…idk if we watched the same highlight. Dont get me wrong he’s good, but styles make fights. He’s getting hit a-lot by the shorter guy with short arms if he gets hit a quarter as much by wilder he’s out. Should be a great fight though.

Great stamina from both fighters! Andy has amazing hand speed but Parker's jab was the difference, no doubt andy threw more punches but there were not convincingly clean. I wish it was a tie but boxing is a cruel world. Even though Andy lost he looked really good! he didn't gas out and put up a good fight! this deserves a rematch for sure!

Both guys are skilled fighters with strength and the energy to absorb each other's punching power. However, Wilder is fantastic but won't have an easy ride with either of this brilliant guys. He may not even wish to meet them on stage. Boxing can sometimes have it's own luck element. Those thinking Wilder will rough handle AJ, keep dreaming without sleeping

Parker is legend, he became champion here vs Ruiz but now I think he is much better with all experience he has now and with Andy Lee as trainer, this is Parker's prime time and I would really love to see him with the belt again or maybe even undisputed after some time, why not.

It’s weird how they said it was such an upset when Ruiz beat AJ🤷🏻‍♂️Ruiz is a real quality fighter. He counters brilliantly in the middle of an opponents combination punching. Very tricky opponent.

Ruiz is good no doubt, but i was overwhelmed on how parker was able to withstood him throughout the fight, the fight could ve been a draw but the judges were not wrong in their decision, parker landed some few clean punches that put him a little ahead.

Ruiz fumbled the bag against AJ the second time they met. He came to that fight overweight and lost else we could have been talking about one if the best Heavyweight of his generations. I still believe he can still become the heavyweight champion someday. I’d like to see him fight Usyk or Fury.

I have always thought ruiz did enough 2 win this fight by a split decision atlist but the boxing world has it's agenda. 2 great fighters all the same. They do not duck anybody.
