The H2N has a USB A/C imput from what I've read. I'm considering buying one at the moment but still haven't made the decision yet.

I think the only revelevant difference is that h2n has the option of MS recording format. Ofher than that, sound quality is the same in my opinion.

The black H2N takes a usb cord to power it up without batteries. You need to buy the accessorie kit for it...SBN RESONATE
