I've seen him improvising before in live concerts. He's so damn good and this is a brilliant performance. I so wish these were actual songs, especially the last one, LOL.

Not as only he could do I assure you, but it was good. He mentioned his first one sounded like Elton. Elton was once challenged to write a song on the spot out of an instruction pamphlet for a new oven and did it.

My speculation is it was rehearsed. Although his reactions seem to be genuine, the songs seemed a bit too polished to be on the fly. But then again maybe he really is that good.
