Losing my mom has been the most horrible feeling ever. Years ago I had two tickets to see Josh Groban in concert. My boyfriend and I broke up days before the event and I had gone home to take of my mom after she had surgery. She felt better the evening of the concert and ended up insisting that we go together to it. Thanks for the memories.
I played this song in 2003 for my dearest mothers funeral. Mr. Groban was new in the business and I felt that song spoke to me. I miss my mom each and every day. Thank you Josh! I'm from Detroit MI! My husband spent a few summers at Interlochen like you did! God bless you! Thank you!
The voice the lyrics made me shed tears. I lost my brother in law due to cancer. It was the firsr death in the family. And it pains me how my sister struggled silently and was hopeful that things would have been much better. But he died 2 days after his 50th birthday. We miss you John.🥲
Sorry to hear that. But life must go on without the ones we love. Her life has come to an end as it should be. We can't live forever ☺️ That's why we should value and love the life has given to us.
I am as well. I lost my father when I was 27 and my mom when I was 44. I’m an only child and have my husband and two kids, but a mother is different. I can tell you, you survive. You never forget but you do go on. She is with you. I know.
