One of my friends moms, a legal immigrant herself, has about 20 people in her house…. All TEMPORARILY legal, just need sponsorship. They also come in from Italy where there is a big Ukraine migrant population, just waiting for a lottery ticket to get them a green card. Now that can be bypassed if one just SAYS they are Ukrainian and can leave via Poland, for example. Finally, many just come here to check the scene out and return to their countries of origin. I don’t know one that is Russian though I understand they are here in smaller numbers.

The fact is that it has cost us 70 billion in equipment, old tech, and ammunition that has destroyed over 60% of Russia's military power without losing one American soldier, made trillions in sales of military equipment, caused a push of reshoring our jobs, and finally protecting our technology from theft or use against us. We pay more just for plumbing maintenance on our ships and basses. That is finally money well spent and people want to stop it even after we promised we would give it to them if they were ever invaded, signed our name to it so they would hand over their nuclear weapons. Now it's our money? What exactly are we building here with it? Are we going to stop all debt spending so our kids have a future? Are we going to keep the F-22 from retirement with it? No. More government control and bureaucracy so it's not smart at all to break our word and stop funding the only place we can actually see our money working.
