This is just their usual charity gear setup for small venues. The casino is just bad for big venues since P90s and hollow guitar equals constantly fighting feedback and hum when pushing distortion but Josh likes using it for intimate venues
I agree, his voice sounds so clear and amazing this tour. He's been trying to quit smoking but he's been smoking onstage recently. He did quit using meth five years ago and has greatly reduced his alcohol intake.
