When I’m preparing a vacuum tool I drill loads of 0.5 and 0.7mm holes an ideal tool for this is a Dremmel or similar as you have really good control if your going to do more of the same, top notch vid thanks

I had an xj750p that behaved the same.. the c.v carbs are fussy about airflow and someone had fitted pod filters, back to original air box and filter and the problem was solved. They really scoot along though when they’re good. Check it out check it out check it out!

Yep I cringed. Tell Dan he should’ve loosened the to fork nut while the fork leg was still in the bike. That way the tripple clamps would have acted as the vice. Dan does have go a good shed though.

Yea, raise the float by a few mm - theory is it richens it enough to not bog when cracking the throttle open, has worked a treat on bikes I've played with...
