this was in september about 5 years ago....hurricane was offshore....I flew in for a couple days arranged a board down there...got sauced 1st night....drove to bowls on 2 hours sleep....saw this and just laughed....my old out of shape still drunk ass wanted nothing to do with it...lol....watched for an hour....must have seen 10 broken boards...pillars (palours) was just ridiculously big.....I had surfed bowls years before half that size and its heavy....this was ridiculous....think this was day Cory Lopez got bitch smacked by the reef at palours.....crazy...locals said best ever
transam6x6 It really depends on the season, but if we are talking about the winter months you need a solid north swell from the united states to push of the coast and stay someone south of canada.
There is always waves, but its also windy a lot. To get it like this you need to stay in Bathsheba and wait for the wind to slack off. Its is only like this for a couple hours usually then wind comes up again. The barrel is usually shorter than this and more bowly. This is clearly it as good as it gets December-March you will score
