There are so many awesome musicians that play at the Baked Potato. I travel to California about once a year and I go to the Baked Potato every time because I can either catch incredible musicians that I have looked up to for years or I can catch incredible musicians that I had no knowledge of. I have pretty good exposure to a lot of players but I always seem to find someone new that blows me away. So for this trip......we are exploring Josh Smith. Thank you for posting this because it made up my mind for me over other people that I have seen before to explore and now I am really looking forward to seeing him in late March. Blessings to everyone! Seek and ye shall find. I'm glad I found this and glad that I am willing to take a chance to explore new music and new musicians (to me a least). I am a seeker of God, of love and awesome music. I have no doubt I will be blown away by this show.

Appreciation to the BP for this great recording - I stumbled onto JS about 2 months ago and this show was outstanding! Thanks again for not filming shoes, the ceiling, or the bar but left it on JS and the band.

Josh Smith sounds like he's played for 50 yrs! Tasteful with feel.. He's my new favorite guitar player! I got to say Scott, the keyboard player is awesome also... He works that board like a true pro ! Hat's off to this crew awesome stuff !
