In this episode, Josh, Peps and I fly from O'ahu to New Zealand and are greeted with a traditional Maori Powhiri inside Auckland Airport. We head straight over to the studio for a quick rehearsal with Ross Nansen and Jireh Falaniko, two of New Zealand's finest musicians.
My cousin, Johann, picked me up the next morning and we headed to Hamilton to visit my Nanny, Papa, and Uncle's grave and also my old stomping grounds, Temple View.
Afterwards, I headed back to Auckland for our soundcheck and got ready for Show #1. This was the start of one of the best tours I had the privilege of being a part of. Stay tuned for Episode 2.
