Based on the parallel verses it is Jesus/God. It cannot be an angel because the angel would have told him to stand up and not worship him. The same for the word worship, it is used in Ex. 34:8 when Moses bowed down and worshipped God. We also know it is Jesus, because in Revelation he is the Captain of God's army. (Revelation 19:11-16) verse 13) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. and we know Jesus is the Word of God, because of John 1:1 & 14. Also, John the Baptist said he is not worthy to loosen the straps of the sandals of the one coming after him, (Jesus). John 1:27 For some reason God had these two verses in Joshua jump out at me this year. I appreciate your videos. So exciting! God's word/Word is amazing.
