He doesn't need jail. He needs a therapist and guidance counselor. Jail will do nothing for him mentally, sure physically it'll keep him off the streets and drug use but it won't benefit him mentally or emotionally which is really what he needs which is mental and emotional support and help for his mental disabilities.
