Jojolion only comes out in a couple chapters every month or so. Besides, even if the part was 5 years old, there aren’t many stands with advanced combat capabilities within Jojolion that we know of.

I regret what I have said about Josuke and Soft and wet. After being more enlightened by some aspects of his story, I can see that Joshikage Higashikira is a badass with a badass stand, which makes me want to red the manga to part 8, but I don't know where to read good scans of parts 5-8.
Rogiogio Tarucus I had the same problem with reading part 5. but part 7 is an alternate universe with no connection to part 5 and 6. so I skipped to 7. the problem was 7 is really good that it makes part 5 and 6 disappointing in comparison. so I suggest not skipping ahead if that sounds like a problem to you. however there is an unfinished fan made translation of 5 that you could wait for. or wait for the anime. or deal with the current translation with low quality scans too. you could also read part 6 now which has good scans and carries on from part 4 not 5 so you don't need to read 5 for it and it doesn't spoil anything. I used an android manga app to read jojo which has 5 and 6 along with the rest but there are websites that work too. I haven't used it but I hear a website called Batato (or batoto I forget) is the go-to for jojo fans.
