Madness Bluestand no its not the HD remake for ps3. I don't remember HTTF having 50 plus characters to choose from as seen in the last second of this video. Also that DIO character isn't the one from the game, it's the one from mugen.
Demilio Mason Well technically Jacket DIO is in HFTF, but only as a Mini boss. And funny thing is in Mugen we also have playable DIO (Also known as Final DIO) but Jacket DIO is more downloaded and wide spread for some reason dispite Final DIO being the one you play as in the source game.
HalfTerror no because in HFTF Dio does wear his jacket, at least he isn’t playable with it. Someone made the sprites with the jacket with the existing jacket sprites as the base. It’s an edit that was made for use in MUGEN.
This clearly is NOT HFtF due to the HUD layout. It is most definitely done in the M.U.G.E.N engine but aside from that this video is pretty good and the characters themselves plus the stage are from HFtF so I can't really complain.
