This is amazing. Thank you so much. I was diagnosed with IC but I have mild form and I try different methods that kind of work. I believe in superposition of both gut microbiome changes and psychosomatic (TMS) as reasons for my IC. Hormones definitely affect this, too. I believe that my bladder lining is normal though I have not been done cystoscopy. I have pains about 10-12 days before the period. However, this is not typical IC pain with urgency or like UTI pain, but just the pain of the whole "stomach"/pelvic region - feels like gastritis or period pain, kind of mixed. I believe it's BPS, because only BPS manifests itself about a week before the period.
