I hope this comment isn't out of line but the elephant your son made is seriously so good. I feel like you can see that you encourage his creative side and love for making art. It's so precious to include your kids' art in your journals. I think for me it's one of my all time favourites to include in mine.
You're the reason why I started laminating my flowers and it's been a staple in all my journals ever since. I also framed some and hung them on my walls. It's such an effortless way to include one of my favourite things in the world and preserve it forever
I first watched your video during the pandemic and decided to give it a try. I made one for each of my 3 daughters in law and my daughter. They turned out so pretty. Now that I'm a retired nurse, I'd like to make my own. Your new videos are inspiring. I also enjoy the background music. You're a true artist. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!
I so enjoyed this video and love the look of the black paint and white journaling with the laminated flowers! Please do more layouts like that? Also dig the background music🤗😉
Love your journal ideas , i am not into junk journaling but something same like art journalling and i could really use these ideas cause they both journaling types are same , kind of .
I love watching your videos because they center around your kids and your family and that's what I journal bout as well. My grandkids are constantly the theme of my journal pages. Love the new kit!
I'm always really precious when it comes to vintage book illustrations, like sticking things on top or covering up part of the illustrations, but I think it really restricts me sometimes. I need to start scanning the really pretty ones in, then at least I'll know I have an image of them forever. Sometimes it's really nice to let the patterns and illustrations speak for themselves but sometimes it's just more fun to add lots of things on top
I’ve been wanting to design my own printables for a long time and recently got an iPad & Procreate so I’m very excited to dive in! Do you have any particular classes/resources you’d recommend for learning how to make printables at all? I’d suggest adding it to your ideas for videos but with everything you’ve got going on I’m sure I’ll be a pro by the time you get round to it haha! Have been missing your journaling process videos, I’m glad you’ve still been doing them even if they’re not a priority at the moment! 🥰 Sending love as always!
Also, I wondered why your new music has been giving me the heebee jeebees and then I realised you use the same music as my favourite true crime channel on here, That Chapter 😂
@@lifecanbefreeandbeautiful oh gosh, not music I would imagine for a crime channel! 😩 I probably wouldn’t be the best person to teach, because I know there’s a lot of amazing and tricky stuff you can do with Procreate, but other than learning to do repeat patterns (which I learned on Skillshare) I really just draw, nothing technical at all!
Would love to know where you buy your washi tape from and if you have a link, it's always so pretty but I can never find anything nearly as nice here in the UK 😊 love your page, you give me so much inspiration ❤
What printer do you use to print out your journaling kit pages? My colors didn’t turn out quite right. Still super beautiful though and very thankful for them!!
A while back you posted a video where you switched a journal from a hard cover to a soft cover because the spine broke. I’ve been looking for it for probably a year now and I can’t find it. What’s the title or did you take it down?
