hello alice!! i jumped when i received a notification! there are so many points that I can relate with in your video, like I'm so happy to discover more youtubers from the journaling community (on insta), so happy that I joined the community where journaling became my favorite hobby, and you're right about how relaxing these journaling videos are! my experience with youtube and instagram is sort of the opposite of yours haha. I actually discovered a lot of journalers on youtube first (like how I discovered you through youtube first)! I'm always sitting at my desk, journaling, so that means youtube is always playing in the background. I only later found my faves on insta after making my own account (i didn't use instagram for a long time and now i'm semi-active). for me, the transition from watching my faves and leaving nice comments to befriending them on insta and chatting with them fr is so mind boggling! i was freaking out when i befriended ana and lulu and brianna like wow! hell, we even chatted briefly for a bit when i tagged you in my story about you inspiring my to make use of my persona photobook, and i felt like i was ready to die happy lol. i was so giddy (to make it clear, you're one the first youtubers that i watched that journals who inspired me to pick up journaling again so this was BIG) i'm being super rambly omg. anyways, it's so nice to see that you really enjoy journaling and love your inserts so much! i only just finished my first insert and it holds a special place in my heart because i spent over two months working on it, exploring and having fun as i escape the nightmare that is school. i almost never finish my journals, so the amount of satisfaction and happiness that i'd felt was almost tangible. i appreciate you so much!! have a good day ❤️❤️❤️❤️
