i should start doing this too, it's about time i stop talking to myself about anime because none of my friends like it :/

I honestly started anime journaling a year ago. I started journaling (like bullet journaling) in general 2 years ago, but somehow it didn't work out for me, and when I thought I should just give up, I discovered your channel late 2019 and I was inspired. Then on, anime journaling helped me keep track of anime I watched and helped me write out my thoughts on anime. All I'm trying to say is, thank you for inspiring me, I hope you keep journaling and become successful

At first, i can't do all of this things like lettering and decorating. I've been always teribble at deciding stuff, decorating, and sorting. There's many of my friends started doing journal and studies, for no reason i asked my friends to teach me how to do lettering and i can do it now. Then, my friends asked me if i want to do journal but the animes one. When i see them making studies, it seems really hard for me because i'm teribble at decorating so i"m not sure. But, when i saw your videos, your journal is REALLY PRETTY. Your videos inspired me to do so, Thank you for making this video, I hope you had a great day! Love You

i’m really happy to see more about anime journaling because as someone who loves anime and is starting off with anime, i love these type of things. there’s soooo many videos about kpop journaling (which isn’t bad at all and a bunch of people do it and find new things from there), but i like these anime journaling ones since i can actully relate to someone in a way and actually know who they’re writing about or such. idk, it may seem weird, but anyways great video, love the spread 🥺❤️

I started journaling in high school but as I got older, I kind of grew out of the hobby. I only recently started again because I have so many things to say but no one to say it to especially with things I love. As I scrolled through RU-vid on how to start journaling again, I found that K-Pop journaling was popular , which made me look up if anyone was doing anime journaling out of curiosity. That's when your videos popped up into my feed. Thank you for helping me restart this hobby and giving me inspiration. ❤️

2:27 to be perfectly honest, i started anime journaling because of well YOU! i stumbled across one of your videos 2 months ago( i think it was the 3rd anime flip through) and gosh was i inspired! I was like "thats so nice and pretty damn now i want one!" So i went and bought a hella lot of supplies ( again got inspiration for what to buy from your how to start journaling thing) and i have lots of friends to talk about anime with but they're moslty guys so my journal is mostly about my anime crushes and why i like them lol. I started journaling because I was always told that I was too enthusiastic about the things I like and I wouldn’t shut up about them until I started to feel shameful about loving things that genuinely brought me joy. The care it takes into putting together a spread and then writing out my thoughts reminds me that I can enjoy all these things and that it’s good to love deeply!

This will be kinda long, But I really love your videos on Anime journaling inspired me to do my art journal. I got into it because I got out of a toxic friendship where she was the only one I mostly talked to about anime. During the start of my Junior year I felt pretty lonely, I began watching these journaling videos and with the little money I saved up I bought one. It was a cool new hobby to pick up where I can draw and write my feelings. I can put the things I like and everything. It’s therapeutic to me. I started journaling like 1 year ago but I didn't realise I was journaling if that makes sense lmao. I'm a genuinely anxious person so whenever I'd get overwhelmed or upset in class, I'd write pages upon pages in this cheap notebook I had- all about my favourite shows characters etc. Only recently (April) did I buy a proper journal that I now put genuine time and effort into. Your journal spreads were and still are a huge inspiration for me- especially with the whole pandemic going on. Journaling along with watching your videos really calms me down so thank you and keep being you ✨❤️

I've been interested in journaling for a while now but never had the courage to start because I felt so intimidated by the beautiful journals on youtube and the pressure to have tons of stationary, but seeing this video and seeing how you started out your journals simply and worked your way up to more elaborate spreads really made me realize that I should just start if I want to, and that it's okay to start small. I dont clearly remember why I started Journaling but I think it was because I always thought that it was an amazing idea to write everything you like in a notebook and ever since I discovered you I decided to stop the normal kind of journal and start an anime journal.Because anime has been one of the things that always cheered me up ever since 2018! I just came across ur video and I just wanted to say that I actually started journaling last week because it gave me something to do. I realized that putting the anime I liked into a spread calmed me down and it became a sort of relaxation, and yeah I just wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration too

I’ve always been into collecting stickers and the cute washi tapes but I never knew what to use them for. I would sometimes see super cute spreads on instagram and I was like oh wow I could do this but when I came across one of your videos I was so inspired to do an anime journal instead of regular one. So I save some money and bought so many more stickers and all the cute things and began in January 2020. It’s honestly so fun I love it because it’s a stress reliever and I get to share my thoughts about all my favorite animes. I just recently started anime journaling and I have been watching all sorts of videos, I also don't really have friends who I can talk passionately about anime with so this is perfect for me. I also just really wanted to make really pretty spreads inspired by the anime that I've watched. Making the spreads is very fun and I really like thinking about how the spread will look (what colors will I use? What pictures and tape will I use? How about stickers, what stickers would look good with this spread?). I have so much fun with anime journaling that sometimes I spend hours on end doing spreads, I don't even realize how much time has passed.

I honestly want to self myself improving. that's why i started making journal (not only about anime but also about mahself owo) Improving? Like what was my opinion to the things from the past to the present. AH! also i want to have a remembrance to the stuffs i got from buying in anime store or in a cosplay events. Also, I was inspired by many people especially to my elder sister and you! Both of you are good in organizing in decorating and the contents of the journal that's why i always support your work and it helps me a lot to keep working.

I started anime journaling a few weeks ago and you were the one who inspired me! So tysm!!! it's a really calming and enjoyable activity aswell. i started journaling cause it was sort of therapeutic to me. You were also a pretty big influence to me as well!! I started with a anime journal then I also created a sad quotes journal. Then my cousin asked me to help her as well. She started a cryptid journal! She's also pretty funny so we also end up laughing while journaling and when she asked me she literally said and I quote, "Oh great master journal guru, will thy help me in my journey to journal for cryptids?" lol. She's also a pretty good artist so her pictures for the cryptids are hand drawn so that's pretty cool. They look pretty realistic too!

I started journaling a year ago becuz of my Mom. Then when I came across your RU-vid channel you inspired me to do anime journaling too (first video I watched from you was the death note). It was a new experience but it was pretty fun trying something that is new, at first when I tried anime journaling I bought a death note notebook and a limelight one I bought some postcards, pictures and stickers too (and yes my wallet cried lol 😂). It turned out pretty well a lot of improvements too.

I'm not really a social butterfly and I'm really shy when it comes to meeting up with my friends. And I guess I was depressed 😔 because there's no one to talk about my most random thoughts so I searched here on RU-vid and I saw your channel. I started journaling like 1 week ago and my brain feels lighter and lighter because I got to write all my thoughts and it feels nice to know that a lot of people are journaling too. Personally I don't anime journal but I do journal. At night time almost everyday I take the time to just write about my day and how I feel it's basicly a diary. I find I can't bullet journal n'or can I anime journal bc I'm a perfectionist and it causes me anxiety knowing that my page isin't perfect. So just journaling in a diary is perfect for me and does not cause me anxiety. But the main reason I started keeping a diary is bc I thought it might help with feelings I was experiencing, and it did help. I find it's also just really nice to just look back on what I wrote and it's really nice to see my self growth. But anyway thx for sharing this video I enjoyed watching it ❤

I started journaling on friday evening, after seeing a few of yours and OkaySensei s videos, and i started because i wanted to have something productive "off of a screen" as mum calls it, and because it still shows my creative side and my live of anime even though im not watching it on my phone 24/7 after starting, I've really enjoyed the energy I have for it and welp... im obsessed with it now... started anime journaling because i wanted to keep track of all the animes i've watched and to help me remember them in the future. i don't really write stuffs on mine, i just write the characters on another paper and stick it to the side of my spread cause i always forget the names of the characters. i don't know if i'm the only one doing that, but everyone has their own way of doing it so hajsgaksjahajs

Wel... I started because I wanted to do like pretty notes as I do for my school. But I not always do notes for studying (I'm a lazy girl). Browsing youtube videos I found your channel and I got really inspired because of your videos. So I decided to do the same thing and I bought a notebook, I printed images and started to do it... Unfortunately I have a few spreads even when I want to do more (I don't have a printer in my house and the coronavirus is outside...). Greetings from Mexico

I'm planning to start a journal this August. I am going to Senior High, which also means I am going to be separated with my friends. So we planned to make one, to know how each of our Senior days went. I don't think they took it seriously, but I will. Like designing it xd, probably because I'm an artist myself, and it would be much more fun to read it it were that way right? So yea, when Senior comes, I hope to have time to fully write on what I went through the days.
