I would love to see how you sewed on the cat patches! Please do edit and post it :) And I love this video! Thank you for sharing your thought process, hopefully I can channel some similar energy into my own journal :)
Good to see you back! Your spreads are always so pretty. I usually keep up to date (easy to do, because I don't have much going on) but when I go on a trip, then I tend to get behind.
Happy to be back! Thank you for always being so kind and supportive. It’s very much appreciated. I get behind with memory keeping when I travel too - partly because I want to spend my time away enjoying the present, but also because I come home to lots of work to make up and end up putting aside creative projects until I’m caught up on that.
Yes - I’m way behind with my spreads & like you I want to capture memories. I love the brush lettering style - looks less formal than full linked letter. ❤
This weekend I went on a bit of a stay-cation in my home town with some friends. Since I've started printing photos for my journal I've been more conscious of taking photos with my friends in them because that's the stuff I want to remember! I have the same complaints about my hp sprocket printer as you do but it is super convenient so it's staying in my life-haha! Great spread, great vid!
I definitely need to take more photos of friends on trips for that same reason! I feel like I'm bothering people when I ask but everyone seems happy to have them after so I just need to get past that, heh. I totally get what you mean about the small Zink printers! Convenience is key. I do want to try Abbey Sy's method of making a collage in an app and printing them at CVS or something, then cutting them apart manually (but I haven't had the time and this printer is here and so quick to use).
I know i keep saying this. Your handwriting looks like artwork. Especially in this video. You’re a very talented person in creating these journals and other crafts I’ve seen in the past.
Loving the album ephemera! And yes, I am super behind and am almost always back journaling in my creative journal. We're nearing the end of October and I'm just starting July entries. Gah! Great video!
Oh my goodness, thank you!! Without a doubt, my favorite part of making these videos is meeting people who get as excited about this stuff as I do. Very happy to help give you some ideas and motivation for your own journals!
