Long story a daily checklist 1.meditate 2.journal 3.Plan 4.exercise 5.Read 6Work 7sketch 8diary and calendar 9.accounts 10.play My journal is the anchor that holds me together.im 5years into an evolving path. I think i need one of these mindvalley experiences soon.thanks you guys are awesome.
Journaling is so powerful, in so many ways. I liked how Patrick presented the shift from "Why" to "How", and how he described that it took him 4-5 journaling sessions to dig deep, whereby "creativity" would blossom (to solve the problem). This reminds me of Nick Wignall's post Feb 2018 on "The 7 Habits of a Peaceful and Productive Mind", where Nick describes how we must allow ourselves space and time to think deeply - which is a challenge in today's world.
Six F's to Journal About: Finances Family Friends Fitness Figuring Head (Figuring out how to achieve a difficult goal / People who can help you achieve your goals) Fun OKRs: Objectives and Key Results
I love Tony Robbins. Has been my best friend (his books and talks) through tough times. Genius, and I see his words behind what lots of today's teachers say... just the same things rephrased from him. Really awesome guy.
The original idea is 7 Fs. It includes Faith. Comes from a book called Success Principles. Can't remember the author, but it's a cool way to organize your life.
I really enjoyed this. Have been journaling for at least 20 years with most of it about what already was happening, what I did not like and other things. I can see where journaling helped keep me sane but I was not getting what I truly wanted more of. I can see I too was living shall and not until within the last few years have I started writing with intention and gratitude for my future full of my true desires. Thank you.
MOM said she wrote down her life and she says she has it now!! I wrote down I wanted to be good at jiujitsu And I been doing very well. MY PARENTS MAKE ME WRITE all my goals and wishes down and she makes me listen to this amazing inspiring stories.
I began journaling for an hour a day immediately after watching this program. I don't really want big companies, or millions of dollars, I just want to be financially solvent and financially independent. Thank you, Vishen, for sharing your vision and your best friends with us. It really does make a difference.
Yep I made a video about that and it is about vibration are energy vibration because we will attract from Who We Are and a lot of that has to do with our subtle energy in our chakras!
Wow! There's a guy who is totally comfortable with who he is. To sit in front of all those people with a flower in his hair, my husband won't even hold my handbag for a second whilst I sort my shopping 😊. Great message. No wonder he's successful after being so driven to find solutions.
He surrounds himself with talented people who compliment his skills. Did not succeed alone. Must be a good judge of character or else similarly motivated and talented. Get the impression that study, thinking, focus and the like matter to him and Faith need not apply. Finance is his #1 motivation.
I loved the part of being balanced using the 6 F’s. Minute 28:44. I believe he said 1)Finance, 2)Family, 3)Friends, 4)Fitness, 5)Figureheads(share&giveback) & 6)Fun. Is number 5 well written???? help me, I didn’t quite understood the word!!! Loving this material, Thank you @mindvalley and #PatrickGrove!! Blessings and Pura Vida
the mindvalley talks vidéos are saving me thank u so much it's like a motivation for me every time i loose hope it apears to take off the black room in my mind thank u sooooo much

Girl!! I have it in my planner. Applied a few yrs ago (knowing fully well I didn't have the funds in college😂😂) but now I'm putting it on my vb officially.
This was so inspirational... I love scripting writing the story of my life, I will definitely add this HOW problem solving method to my process. Mind valley I so appreciate the content that you put out-Transformational. Can you do me a favour though!!?? Please can you put some kind of rating for the videos, there was a lot of swearing in this and I was listening with my 10 year old daughter!! Thanks a billion. Keep up the good work!
I really enjoyed your informal jam packed informational inspiration. Do you know of resources, people, techniques or books which can assist one to gain financial goals when she is mired in treatment resistant major depression and has a broken heart due to choices my only child has made which caused her (and therefore me), custody of my only grandchild. I feel like I get assaulted from many directions, including healthwise, others' negativity, and my own perceived limitations. At times I journal like crazy trying to write away years of hurt but haven't yet made it to the place I can go forward on my own (or sometimes just get out of bed. I would like to earn a million dollars and travel more; need help getting past the s. Thanks for your dose of positivity! Any suggestions?
Why not set a goal of raise $500million to end world hunger or something like that? Just sayin' this is spiritual gift he has and it would be nice if he used it in a philanthropic way as well as to enrich himself (which is fine.) But use your gifts for the world.
One of his Fs, figurehead, is to help others! He's using his gift in his own ways. Just with this video alone - he didn't have to do it but he knew it would be inspiring and that was why he probably did it!
Nice advice -- I've heard it before, but like most advice, it takes on more meaning when it's from someone who is such a success story. Despite your billions Patrick, you seem grounded but obviously concerned with your body, because you mentioned disliking it several times. As part of your "fitness" goal, I highly recommend intermittent fasting, cutting out half or more of your carbs, and instead eating more healthy fats. Carbs = insulin spikes = growing belly fat + diseases. And a straighter posture would be helpful, too. ;-)
"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Mark 8:36-37
Same as Jon & Missy (LifeBook) all inspired by Anthony Robbins! Please bring him to mindvalley- make a quest with him. I’m sure his course going to be best seller!
Tony Robbins has some great videos on the power of questions. Questions truly open up new space for new perspectives. The wise saying is, "When vyou change vthe way you look at things the things you look at change.
Wow, great Sharing... Cant help but love Patrick Grove's energy & insights... Thank you Patrick for being a Superstar Entrepreneur and sharing your insights... and thank you Vishen for bringing these great individuals to us... Thank you
7fs and question how in every situation along with journaling what is going inside your mind from what do you exactly want to what Currently going on, everything... ^_^
This was a very great talk, I enjoyed it and made a lot of notes, so I can start journalling and think about HOW and start to work on my 6 F1s. Unfortunately there was something that just rubbed me on the wrong way: these serving girls in the beginning, there was so much contrast that 2 men are sitting at the center of the stage, starting to talk and there are these girls...no young man is able to do it? Or couldn't be done by the presenters themselves?
Respect to both the gentlemen. Patrick I loved your ideas . It takes lots of guts to come to stage with flower n shorts and still be so confident talk .
Grove said "why not" about the flower. No sweat for him. Easy for him, not for you. He works on a stratosphere money level. Has "Unlimited" as a program running in his mind. He read the book. Working partners have similar mindsets. He is not a beginner. He is a seasoned player of huge successes. He is young and has time presently to add increasing success to his resume. Totally confident in his abilities means he does not need Faith as a 7th aim for a balanced life. Remember. For Grove, Finance is number 1. In this costly world, income IS the Bottom Line. Gotta have cash or its equivalent. A remarkable young man learned it early on. He asked the main question. When we learn "how" to do, handle, arrange, manage, skills gained are the success baseline to more skills and success. How to drive a car? How to design a city? How to stay healthy as we age? Everything is Learning How.
Confidence for Grove has nothing to do with what he is wearing. He knows how to do what other people do not. He asked "how" to make monster goals happen, took chances, collaborated with partners, and learned success. Persons with skill sets for top financial achievement tend to be casual in clothes, hair, attitudes. Do not have to prove anything. Can afford it all. He read books that caught his attention and journaled "How. " Hmm. Journaling is a surprising tool for possibilities. Worked for Patrick Grove.
I tried doing these sessions. How to create a $100mn business in 12 months. I couldn't do it. Figured he must know something I don't. Then I found out he has a B.Com (equivalent to a BBA degree).
Listen to the story. He has many connections, many people, many minds mentoring him. He has partners. He found the best talents to add to the family of partners in the business. He has a talent for taking chances. He thinks unlimited like the Robbins book. Faith is not in his list of 6 but is from the story of Vishen's friend. "How" requires skills, journaling, study, practice, questioning, persistence towards goals. Patrick did not succeed by himself. How much assistance did you pull in? A reply said it right: Grove's tribe. Included his Mom. He even paid back in time all of her investment that he lost in a financial crisis. Decent move. Patrick is resilient, bold when needed. Able to reinvent his businesses cuz he mastered the "How to" of Unlimited. More than 3 years ago must be time enough for him to get to a billion. Pharma made billions during the World Pandemic. Why not Patrick Grove? Requires research.
Nice chat Patrick and Vishen. Plenty of meat in there with humerous anecdotes from Patrick's journey. I really resonate with the "F's" he spoke of. Mine are Faith, Fun, Fitness, Family, Fitness, Friendship, Fulfillment, Freedom. If you're not putting the "F" into life, you're living a LIE
Most people start journaling as a means of letting out steam after a trauma or event thats why all the chaotic crap comes out...but then order sets in and ot becomes a lot of fun. This guy obviously knew the know how as well. Journaling is very powerful to organize thoughts, become discipline and focus but you need know how, $$ and a team to do what he did.
You are all amazing, awesome inspiring people!! 💯 I am totally addicted to listeing and following your advice and adventures!! My question is also always HOW?? To visualisation and meditation and thinking about goals and purpose, doesn't make it real or happening. You have to take ACTION!! Great tips to write down and journal everything!! Thanks for all the great shows and talks. Much appreciated and much love 😍 🙏🏻🔥❤️
My father used to tell me to keep a journal...I have to seriously consider start doing it systematically...and how strangely nice it feels to see Asian young entrepreneurs doing so well since I was born in Asia without being Asian thought...but felling so close to the mentality and the spirit of Asian people...my heart lies with the culture...
Thanks for sharing!! Very inspiring story! P.S.: The Secret actually doesn't tell the whole story. The final step in creating, is the allowing part...and this is about action as well, BUT "inspired action".
I’m listening to this and I’m thinking 💭 “Vishen says he’s a small fry compared to Patrick Grove, so wtf am I doing with my life as I’m a breadcrumb compared to Vishen...” Ok I deffo need to level up and start hanging out with these guys, if not physically then virtually. I’m inspired!
I am very inspired by this amazing man, starting a new business and will be live soon and i am more inspired after watching this, thank you mindwally for this video hugs xxx
When do people start asking "How do I begin living a more loving life"? "How do I stop polluting the world"? I really don't understand these values when we live in a world - Earth that suffers so much from our way of treating it. And still focus in mindvalley is constantly on "How do I make more money"? Then a million is not enough. Anyone think there is things more important than money? For instance a future for the next generations? And don't tell me that the money can be spend on good. Of course it can but I bet very few people with this obsession with money don't need 3 cars, a boat and a big mansion full of stuff before they start thinking that maybe they can give a few $ to the poor or pollution prevention. WAKE UP!!
Quote:"Money is simply a tool of trade. To standarize value and store value. Our productive accompliments are our savings. Money represents stored energy. Symbol of productivity and creation for each other to make life better" Lifebook by Jon & Missy Butcher. Dear Trine Parbo, have you deep dived into what everybody that collaborates with MindValley stand for? Every one is trying to create valuable things to make life better for a better world and coming generations. F.e.: Vishen mentioned the world wide independent university, where you can learn what you do not at school and to create consciousness to different subjects. Patrick was introduced with his creation of iflix so that poor countries get also access to info they normally do not get, and in an affordable way. A lot of other speakers and teachers talk and created value with other subjects. So here, money is meant as also the freedom to create and help this world with incredible ideas, starting to hack ourselves to overcome our blockages that might hold us back to dream big. So here they mean also the different tools to accomplish this freedom ;) So, why you do not come up with an burning idea from within you, to solve one of like you mentioned important problems in the world? And while you do that, why not raise your own living standards for you and your loved ones. Lots of blessings!
I don't know who this guy is. But me loveee the flower, and his voice. That flower is only reason I clicked on the video. But then I learnt alot as well... Maybe I need him as a personal mentor. 😊👍
Vishen, I have a burning desire to understand how I can make my screen printing business (the art technique as well as making t shirts), which hasn't even started yet, become a huge success, a multi million pounder! I watch these videos and others religiously, I use various tools that are recommended across the board, but the thing is, I have absolutely no business experience whatsoever AND my business is less techy and more creative, its in the arts arena. i am going into to this with faith alone pretty much! I am flooding my subconscious with as many entrepreneur's and their advice but my fear is that the reason so many of these entrepreneurs' do well is that their business is based on some new technology that can grow and expand...with something like the arts, how can one succeed? Can you point me in a direction to get me going?? Best, Alice
Write down where you want to be, break it into steps, and set something you need to do every day to get closer to that goal. And make sure you accomplish that daily task before you binge watch this type of videos to avoid getting information overload
You need to do your work with confidence and smart work. For Business strategy, you can saw the video of business for mentoring with Vishen Lakhiani. Thanks a lot for your sharing.
