Similarly we don't say ' Lord Jesus ' as we Muslims don't believe that Jesus is Lord. Jesus ( Prophet Issa) is one of the Prophets of our faith, Islam... So, no matter whether or not we call Ram ' Lord Ram' or Jesus ' Lord Jesus ', we always respect them. That's for sure.
