When it comes to TI9, you need some kind of edge to even come close to winning. That could be having the best analytical team in the world behind you, to figure out how to outdraft opponents. It could be that you have some crazy, never before seen strategies, or have found a way to consistently deflate the meta strategies heading into the competition. Or, if you're OG, you could have come up with a seemingly crazy strategy to get inside your opponents' heads while in-game and sat metres apart.

I always assumed that they intended to drop OG after TI8, if they did not look good with new squad. I assume they were contractually bound. But they certainly look good, having believed in the OG dream to begin with. Others doubted when it mattered the most.

For example when a team is sieging the other team slowly while there's little to nothing the other can do about it, he stops hyping as much even if it's game 5 of a TI grand final (watch the last 5 minutes of game 5 of TI8 final, it feels pretty underwhelming). While Tobi would keep it hyped as you can see in game 3 of OG vs EG in this video. I still think Tobi is the best to carry grand final matches, maybe seconded by LD if he decides to cast again. Just don't pair them with Kyle thanks.

I’m so Glad that OG wins this year TI, I’m a Chinese from Malaysia and I’m really disappointed ☹️ with the crowd in China. So narrow minded!!!! They should have a open mind and cheer for the winner OG but what I witness is silencer activate his global silence to the crowd. I’m a big fan of dota and been playing since 5.xx series of DotA Allstars. I really enjoy the game and somehow addicted to it. Thank you icefrog for staying true for what you believe in and of course stream for making it free to play. Valve!!!!! Please take note, don’t ever ever held another TI in China, the disappointment is so real that its hurt deep inside me. I really feel sorry to the world in the mindset of this republic of China (PRC)
