Hey Jason--What was the hardest moment during the project?

I always thought that people get multiple tattoos because they get addicted to the dopamine that gets released when they get the tattoo. But now that I have two, I realise that it is not that. What it is is a feeling of an unfinished art work. Its like a painter who paints a painting but keeps coming back to it and adding something to it. It’s a feeling of incomplete. Like your whole body is a canvas, and it needs to be covered. A lone tattoo on your arm looks like an unfinished work. Ultra events, like trail running, is like that, an unfinished work, that we need to add to. Finish a 100, the art is still unfinished. The world is your unfinished work, and you need to keep adding to it.
