Jo Blankenburg is a genius. I've NEVER used that word to describe a contemporary human being. I think that is a word best left to describe those whom history can validate did the work of a genius. (Newton, Einstein, Mozart, the usual...) But, I think, it can be fairly said that his genius can be seen as it's being demonstrated for the world. The passage of time will only clarify that which is evident today. In fact, listening to this feels like it is God's music, given to us thru Jo.
