Loved this video... I was never visited Shillong with this small road because right now it is 4 lane... I think it was way more thrill on those Days with more greenery and double joyous....

This video has me back by about 35 years when I used to stay in Shillong and frequently visit my home town Guwahati ! Now at the age of 64 , it is still very green in my memory . Thanks for up loading the video .

This is the wonderful place on earth called Shillong. Read a vaster account of the town and places all around in K.L.Khanna's novel : SUNSHINE ABOVE THE SHILLONG PEAK to get a story of love nestled in Shillong of the seventies. That place is must visit for me now ... I understand cherrapunji is located around that area too and its just unbelievable how beautiful these places are.
