That "Whooo" is perfect hahaha. XD It's like Ric Flair's stylin' and profilin' to the song, haha. Loved this game but could never get past stage 2 lmao.

Meeeeeeaaaan... WOOOOOOO! BY GOD... GENE!!! XD Yeah, any comparison to the Nature Boy is high praise in my book, dude! 💪 And yeah, Journey to Silius is what I'd consider to be proper NES Hard! I've beaten it before, but it's not an easy time! It's one of those games that punishes you for running through. You have to take your time and position your character carefully. It doesn't help that health seems to almost never drop from enemies!

I beat that game when I was only 11 years old, 1992. Of course I failed multiple times. Now I am 43 years old. This night I played that game and I died on first stage 😂

I remember when I practiced learning how to loop songs with cool edit pro in 2008 and I cut the first level from here and looped it for 15 min, I was proud and had a great banger for the work commute 😢7

Oh snap! I used to use Cool Edit Pro back in the day too! I think by 2008, I had switched over to Audacity.

Hey DJ Axis, I wrote this to you on another one of these videos, but I have all 10 original download full episodes of season 1 of Retro Remix from way back in the screwattack days, I can send them to you if you tell me how. I'd really like you to publish all of the remix versions to spotify, I'd definitely listen to them and I know I'm not the only one.

@@osurpless no, he has them, but they're built on outdated software and he's not sure how to publish them and monetize them without getting into trouble with royalties and the likes. I'm still hoping for it in the future.

Episode 9, with Handsome Tom Hanley doing co-hosting duties. Glad I was able to download a copy during that time, as the commentary with Axis and his guests are always interesting.
