The video presents the visit, made in 2001, of the late Mayer Bomstyk to Staszów in Poland where in his youth he experienced the terror and horror of the holocaust.
He is accompanied by members of his family on a journey of courage, reminiscence, tragedy and ultimate hope. Filmed for Songs of Praise with an introduction in England.
