This was a cool 5 part mini series, this Jack’s competition is awesome, and for you guys to come in the top ten is huge. I’m learning a lot from watching your videos, I was already a pretty good bbq guy, but there are so many little things. Thanks for taking the time to show us your world of competition bbq. 🇮🇹😎🇮🇹

I’ve been searching the webb for Sugars products, can’t seem to find them anywhere, I can see the restaurant info, but no where to make a purchase. Do you have any information on this?

Sugars ran into an issue with their co-packer that they’ve been working to resolve. They hope to be back online and shipping product again by early 2023!

It was a judgement call. The flat was so good and I felt the burnt ends would have hurt us since they just weren’t on the same level. Remember, anything you put in the box can be judged, and if you put both the flat and the burnt ends, they will try both. If one isn’t as good, it’ll pull the whole score down. We finished 12th in the world in brisket with the slices only so it was pretty darn good!

@@SmokecraftBBQ thanks for the explanation. With the team you put together, I thought burnt ends were a definite. I am a new subscriber to your channel. Love the content. Born and raised in Texas (where there is some pretty darn good bbq I might say), but now living in WV. After finding your channel, a few friends and myself will be making a road trip to visit your restaurant in a couple weeks. Really looking forward to it! Keep up the good work!
